JDL Digital Systems Store Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

JDL Digital Systems, Inc. uses UPS exclusively for shipping to customers. Your package is prepared for shipping according to UPS guidelines and is shipped according to your preference specified when you checkout.

All packages are shipped with UPS shipping insurance. Any damaged package claim should be submitted directly to UPS promptly.

Any delay in payment will result in processing and shipping delay. Sorry, no COD's.

Repairs or Replacements

If you receive good that are damaged, do no operate, or appear to have a manufacturing defect, they may be returned for repair or replacement within the warranty period (usually 1 year from the date of purchase). Contact store@jdlds.com or call 866.467.8088 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Within the continental US and Canada, JDL Digital Systems will arrange for Ground Shipping with UPS, both directions. You have the option of paying for faster shipping if you wish. Outside the continental US and Canada, the burden of shipping to and from JDL Digital Systems will be split - we'll pay half or one direction and the buyer will pay the remainder.

All attempts are made to repair and replace defective goods as soon as possible, however if an item is out of stock and cannot be repaired, delays outside our control may occur. In addition, repair and return shipments can be combined with future product orders to eliminate and shipping costs on the part of the buyer.

Returns

Software Only purchases (such as CORE Server or CORE Embedded Client where you already own the hardware used with the software) CANNOT be returned! Once a license is generated for a device Serial Number, there is no way of 'taking it back'. Therefore, Software Only Purchases are non-returnable. Please utilize your full 30-day FREE Trial fully before committing to a license purchase. If you need an extended DEMO period, please contact store@jdlds.com or call 866.467.8088 for assistance.

The cost of Software Licenses associated with hardware purchase from JDL Digital Systems can be refunded when the hardware is returned. Such 'bundles' are subject to the Hardware Return policy below.

All Hardware Purchases may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, minus a 15% restocking fee. You must call us at 866.467.8088 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. JDL Digital Systems is not responsible for the hardware returned without RMA. Shipping costs and the cost to return the hardware are not refundable. The cost of any associated Software purchase will also be refunded. A Refund will only be granted if the product is returned to JDL Digital Systems in its complete original packaging, undamaged.

Demo Models

For qualified customers, a first-time purchase of hardware can be a DEMO for your own testing purposes. DEMO purchases must be ordered using a credit card to secure the cost of the materials. DEMO purchases must be returned within 30 days of delivery receipt, or your credit card will be charged the full amount of the product price, plus shipping.
