First Login

There is one default administrative user in the system after a fresh installation:

Username: system 
Password: <blank>

Enter the 'system' username with no password and click OK to continue.

Demo Server Information:

The Demo Server is pre-configured for you and requires no adjustment. But, just in case you find thatyou need to know, the Server connection definition includes the server specific user name 'demo' and the password 'demo'.

View live video streams.

1. See the Group name in the Camera Selector. 
2. Click the + sign to see the Cameras under the Group. 
3. Drag and Drop one camera onto the Display Area. In a few seconds you should see the live video from the Server. 

View recorded video on the Server.

1. Click the Playback button at the bottom and select Remote Playback. 
2. See the Group name on the side of the screen. 
3. Click the + sign to see the Cameras under the Group. 
4. Drag and Drop one camera onto the Display Area. In a few seconds you should see the recorded video from the Server. 

Note: Take time to review other settings and options under Setup | System | General and Setup | System | Network.

Networking

If the Client cannot connect to our Demo Server, then some basic network troubleshooting is needed. In some cases, a Network Administrator’s assistance will be required. Please contact us for help at 425.467.8088.
